Recent developments in Myanmar have shown significant political shifts involving multiple stakeholders, turning into an intense struggle for economic and control interests. Specifically, the Chin National Army (CNA) and its allies have launched attacks on Zomi communities in Northern Chin State, employing drone warfare and indiscriminate violence. This offensive has resulted in over 5000 displaced persons, destruction in villages, and numerous casualties. These actions by CNA, utilizing the Chinland Council as a facade, aim to monopolize political and economic power in the area, openly challenging the ZRA Eastern Command and violating international conventions.
